working principle:

　　Using NaOH + A desorbent or NaOH aqueous solution, at 150 ° C, flowing through the desorption column carrying gold, desorbing the gold ions adsorbed on the gold-loaded charcoal, into the desorption solution, the gold ions of the desorption solution After the electrolysis cell, electrons are obtained through the electrolysis process, and gold atoms are collected and aggregated on the cathode of the electrolysis cell to form gold powder particles (ie, gold mud), thereby achieving the purpose of desorbing the gold on the gold-loaded charcoal.

High Temperature and High Pressure Desorption-Electrowinning Equipment

High temperature and pressure desorption electrolysis is the core equipment of gold CIL (carbon-in-leach) process. With the effect of high temperature & pressure and chemicals, it quickly desorbs gold from gold-loaded carbon, and separates gold mud directly by electrolysis. It features high desorption efficiency, fast speed and stable operation. It greatly reduces residual gold in lean carbon and achieves high gold recovery rate. Desorption rate can reach 97% to 99.8%; over 92% of our factory's users have a lean carbon grade of less than 50 grams per ton.

High temperature and pressure desorption electrolysis, only needs about 12-15 hours per batch, with thorough desorption and low residual gold in lean carbon. However, the desorption electrolysis time at normal temperature and pressure takes estimate 36 hours. Normal temperature electrolysis consumes more energy and takes more time compared to high-temperature system.
