Zhaoyuan Ludong Mining Machinery Co., Ltd. was founded on September 8, 1992 and was rebuilt on June 6, 2005. The company was formerly known as Zhaoyuan Ludong Gold Machinery Factory. In order to provide "selection of overall service", it integrates design and development, machinery manufacturing, equipment procurement, management services, mine operations, mining materials procurement management and industry resource integration.
The company has a full set of CAD computer-aided design system and large-scale database. There are 26 high-precision special equipments such as horizontal CNC machining center, combined boring machine, large vertical car, gear hobbing machine, CNC universal milling, automatic cutting and automatic welding. Advanced testing equipment and instruments such as universal material testing machines and metallographic microscopes ensure the control and improvement of product quality.
In 2009, it invested 220 million yuan to build Wenfeng Investment Building. It has two subsidiaries, Wenfeng Investment and Wenfeng Hotel.
